IMPORTANT NOTES
- During emergency situations, typical cell coverage may not be available. Thus, we recommend switching mobile devices to roaming if you are encountering any connectivity issues.
- Please note that we do not recommend streaming from mobile devices outside of emergency circumstances.
- A minimum bitrate of 2500 kbps is required in order to be able to stream, whether from a mobile software encoder or other device.
- Your encoder should have a specific setting which enables you to toggle the bitrate of your stream. (Please contact your encoder Support team for assistance if you have any questions regarding configuring your device).
- Don't use the "Post-Roll" feature in any of your emergency streams as sudden losses of connectivity may result in your stream ending early.
