Your streaming account may have many different users with different privileges. To add or edit a user, sign into your streaming account and click "Settings/Features" then "Account" then "Manage Users"
From here you can add or edit any user of the account. Each user can be assigned 3 different notification privilege levels: Admin Notifications, Billing Notifications, Broadcaster Only.
Admin: Will receive all streaming activity notifications. This includes: Replay Posted, Event Statistics, Events scheduled, Trim replay etc...
Billing: These users will receive all the billing notifications and alerts
Broadcaster Only: Will not have access to billing or scheduling events. They will only be able to sign into the streaming account and see the event status in a "View Only" mode
TIP: A common request is to change or delete the name and email of the initial admin user. This should be done by signing in as that user, creating a new admin user with the desired credentials. Then you may sign in as the new user and delete the old user. (Note: You can not delete a user while signed in as that user. You must sign in as another admin user to delete the undesired user.)
